Ylou attach it to your table and then it guides you to alternate between sitting and standing postures based on your chosen time intervals. Assist has automatic Bluetooth connectivity, a built-in sensor to detect if you are at the table, ergonomic height adjustment and USB charging station. LED lights indicate whether you are in the right standing and sitting height and also indicates when it is time to change working position again.
