Selvhjælpsforløb til børn i alderen 6-12 år med funktionelle mavesmerter og deres forældre
Et forløb der hjælper jer som familie med at tackle funktionelle mavesmerter på en positiv måde, så jeres barn kan få kontrollen tilbage i sit eget liv.
Forløbet består af 6 behandlingsmoduler fordelt over 6 uger. Behandlingsmodulerne som varer 45-75 minutter skal gennemføres sammen barn og forældre. Barnet skal derudover lytte til hypnoselydfiler med en varighed på 5-12 minutter mindst 5 gange om ugen.

A course that helps you as a family to handle functional abdominal pain in a positive way, so that your child can regain control in his or her own life.
The course consists of 6 treatment modules spread over 6 weeks. Parents and the child have to do the treatment modules together once a week for 45-75 minutes. In addition, the child must listen to hypnosis audio files with a duration of 5-12 minutes at least 5 times a week.
