Træningen går ud på at placere forskellige pinde i hullerne i brættet. Brættet er udstyret med LED-lys som indikerer, hvor pindene skal placeres.
Brættet guider med musik og lyd brugeren gennem træningen. Det er muligt at lave individuelle træningssessioner tilpasset brugernes individuelle færdigheder og behov. Indeholder tre forskellige boards til mere end 15 forskellige øvelser.

The training involves placing various pegs into the holes on the board. The board has LED lights that indicate where the user should place the peg. Additionally, it features music and sound to guide the user through the training.
It is possible to create individual training sessions for each user, tailored to their specific skills and needs. The board includes three different boards for more than 15 different exercises.
