These smart plastic balls let you hold your grip and are very easy to use. If you squeeze the ball, the hole in the gets bigger, and you can easily lead the shaft of a fork through it. The ball fits perfectly in your hand, both right and left. If needed, you can apply more balls on the shaft or add small metal balls to increase the weight.
If you cannot hold the object, it can be strapped to your hand with GripoFix
