Lumify

En ultralydsscanning er traditionelt set blevet udført med større apparater, hvor borgeren/patienten har været nødt til at møde op på klinik eller sygehus.

Med Lumify gøres det fleksibelt at foretage ultralydsscanninger, da alt hvad der er nødvendigt til en scanning er en smartphone/tablet samt selv Lumify transduceren. Fleksibiliteten gør det lettere for sundhedspersonale at anvende i klinikken eller at medbringe til udekørende kontroller og fx foretage ultralydscanninger i borgerens eget hjem. Hermed et potentiale for at borgeren hurtigere og lettere diagnosticeres.

With Lumify it is made flexible to perform ultrasound scans because all you need is a smartphone or tablet and the Lumify transducer. This make it easier for health staff to use it in a clinic or to bring it when going on home visits to patients. This has the potential for faster and easier diagnoses of patients.
