Function: In 2018, Roche Diabetes Care has introduced the first value-based health program for diabetes treatment. The approach is holistic and involves experts cross-disciplinary. The co-operation is value-based as the expenses of municipalities depend directly on the progress and satisfaction with the treatment of the citizens. In short, the municipalities pay for the citizens' health - not for the treatment itself.
Target group: Persons with diabetes.
