Toilet der måler urin og afføring
Funktion: Mange patienter på hospitaler lider af forskellige sygdomme relateret til mave, tarm, blære og/eller nyrer. Disse patienters væskebalance overvåges, da væskebalancen er en indikator for patientens helbred. Denne måling af både urin og afføring er en nødvendig og langvarig, men ikke rar opgave for hospitalspersonalet. Startup-virksomheden Measurelet er derfor gået i gang med at designe og udvikle et nyt og innovativt toilet, som automatisk kan måle mængden af urin og afføring hos patienter på hospitaler.
Målgruppe: Patienter på hospitaler med sygdomme relateret til mave, tarm, blære og/eller nyrer.
Udviklingsstadie: Er på prototypestadiet og er derfor stadig under udvikling.

Function: Many patients in hospitals suffer from various diseases related to stomach, bowel, bladder and/or kidney. These patients are monitored for their fluid balance, as the fluid balance is an indicator of patient health. This measurement of both urine and faeces is a necessary and long-term, but not a particularly nice task for hospital staff. Therefore, the start-up company Measurelet has begun the design and development a new and innovative toilet that will automatically measure the amount of urine and faeces iof patients in hospitals.
Target group: Patients in hospitals with diseases related to stomach, bowel, bladder and/or kidney.
Development stage: Is at the prototype stage and is still under development.
