Virtuel Bostøtte er bostøtte, der gives til borgeren over webcam, evt. suppleret med apps til smartphones. Virtuel bostøtte er video-samtaler, samtaler uden billede eller dialog via chatfunktionen. Borgeren og dennes bostøttemedarbejder kan bruge virtuel bostøtte som et fleksibelt og tryghedsskabende redskab.
Virtual Home Assistance (EN)
Home assistance provided to citizens through webcam, sometimes accompanied by apps for smartphones. Virtual Home Assistance consists of video-conversations, conversations without picture or “conversations” by chat. The citizen and the housing assistance employee can use Virtuel bostøtte as a flexible og reassuring tool.
