SMT - Smart Media Table

SMT er et fuldt funktionelt sengebord med indbygget skærm, der giver adgang til videokommunikation og brug af apps, streamingtjenester, sociale medier og søgemaskiner. Bordet er oprindeligt udviklet til langvarige terapisessioner som dialyse og kemoterapi, men under COVID-19 har det også vist sit værd i forhold til patienter, som har været i isolation og i forhold til ældre, der har været forhindret i at modtage besøg i plejeboligen.

SMT is a fully functional bedside table with built-in screen that provides access to video communication and use of apps, streaming services, social media etc. The table was originally developed for long-term therapy sessions such as dialysis and chemotherapy, but under COVID-19 it has also been valuable for patients who have been in isolation and in relation to the elderly who have been prevented from receiving visits at the nursing home.
