Smag på Aarhus
Hvis en storby som Aarhus skal være attraktiv at bo i, må der gøres noget ekstra for byens grønne områder
Derfor har kommunen siden 2015 arbejdet strategisk med at integrere spiselighed i den daglige grønne drift af byen. Projektet hedder Smag på Aarhus, og har i samarbejde med den grønne drift åbnet muligheden for at plukke jordbær langs cykelstien, smage på byens blomsterkummer og udleve drømmen om at dyrke sine egne grøntsager i nogle af byens parker.
For a city like Aarhus to be attractive to live in, we have to do something about the green areas of the city. Therefore, since 2015, the municipality has been working strategically to integrate edible food into the daily green operation of the city.
The project is called Smag på Aarhus (Taste Aarhus), and in collaboration with the green operation, it has made it possible to pick strawberries along the bicycle path, taste the city's flower buds and live the dream of growing your own vegetables in various parks in the city.
