The AppsCafé is open to everyone in Aarhus Municipality who needs help with everything digital
The AppsCafé is a free offer for anyone who could use a little help to get started using your smartphone or tablet and become a digital citizen.
Where and when?
Wednesdays from 10.00 to 12.00 and Thursdays from 13.00 to 15.00 in the DokkX meeting room at DOKK1, level 2.2.
The concept
On most days, you can come up with whatever problems and questions you may have that you want individual help with. Here the focus will be on helping you to feel comfortable with your smartphone or tablet. We always take your wishes and needs as our starting point, and together we will find the best solution.
For example, we can help you with:
- finding your way in Google Maps
- borrowing E-books and audiobooks in eReolen
- the basic smartphone and tablet settings
- setting up specific apps such as MitID, e-Boks, MinSundhed or Facebook.
Who can participate?
The AppsCafé is for all citizens in Aarhus Municipality and their relatives. It does not require any registration to join - you just show up. We help people at their own pace - and you cannot make prior appointments! This means that you sometimes have to wait for the help.
